Obtaining Additional/Replacement Products


Microsoft offers all individual product titles currently in the kit plus one earlier version (n-1) via an aftermarket ordering mechanism. These titles can be obtained via your Large Account Reseller (please contact your LAR for pricing information). If you suspect that you have a damaged Volume Licensing CD, first verify that you are not trying to setup a Macintosh CD on a PC platform or vice versa. To obtain a replacement, please contact your Large Account Reseller or your Microsoft sales representative and supply the following information:


  • End Item product part number (as displayed on CD label)
  • Product name/description
  • Language
  • Agreement enrollment number
  • A brief description of what's wrong with the CD (the error message you receive)

Your replacement CD(s) will be shipped immediately upon receipt of the order from your Reseller.
