Shipment Content List

Available on the User Guide site is a download feature that provides you with detailed information about your CD shipments. The links provided below allow you to download an easy-to-use tool to help you verify the contents of your CD shipments. Through the tool you will be able to quickly determine the products as well as the exact number of CDs shipped for each Kit Part Number.

Monthly Shipping content lists provide the listing of cds that are shipped starting the 1st week of the month for Welcome kits and Subscription updates.

• There are 4 different executable files that can be downloaded, one for various Enrollment type:
• • Select Kits (example: ShippingContentListforMay2001SelectKits.exe)
  • Enterprise Kits (example: ShippingContentListforMay2001EnterpriseKits.exe
  • Campus & School Kits (example:ShippingContentListforMay2001CampusKits.exe)
  • Individual product Kits (Note: Programs include OpenValue, OSL, MYO, and Select Plus) (Example:ShipmentcontentListforOctober2008OpenKits.xls)

   

  To download executable file:
  • Click on link to download the desired executable file for the current month's shipment
  • After completing the download, run the executable file to extract the Microsoft Excel-based tool to the desired folder location on your PC's hard drive
